Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box with all tags attached, ensuring boards and bindings are protected to prevent transit damage.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
