What is your return policy on used equipment?

To ensure the safety and quality of our gear, we only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once a board or binding has been mounted or used in the water, it is no longer eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Do you offer international shipping for large items?

Yes, Wakesports ships worldwide. Please note that oversized items like boards and ballast bags may incur additional freight charges. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.

How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping at checkout for those who need their gear before the weekend.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

All new equipment sold by Wakesports comes with a full manufacturer's warranty, typically covering defects for 1 year from the date of purchase. This does not cover damage from impact with docks, sliders, or rocks.
